Ici en Malaisie, Noel porte un tout autre visage… En effet, il faut oublier les illuminations, les decorations, les chansons de Noel, le froid et la neige… Pis pas de vacances non plus … C’est dans une presque totale discretion que Noel montre le bout de son nez ici en Malaisie ou la majeure partie de la population est soit musulmane soit boudhiste…. C’est donc dans ce climat que je fais valoir, tant bien que mal, mon droit a une celebration digne de ce nom. Le succes est plus ou moins au rendez vous mais j’ai la consolation de pouvoir entendre la voix de mes proches par telephone…

Encore une fois, je vous souhaite a tous un joyeux Noel et une bonne annee 2006 pleine de bonne resolutions!

In french, Saturday Night’s fever refer to a night of party, drinking and fun!

Saturday Night’s fever hit me last Saturday here in Malaysia… As a result … Well I went to see the doctor the next day evening because I could not stand it anymore!
I had 38.9 degrees !!

Yesterday, I took a medical leave because I still felt very weak and very hot! But now I am fine, back to the routine…

So… Just remember, be careful on saturday night, you might be hit by The Saturday Night’s Fever!!

Last 2 days, I have been working more on my blog than on my actual work …
So please don’t hesitate to give me feedback concerning the new look and functionnalities…

I have been looking a little but all I’ve found was either full chatting systems (php, javascript and Db connectivity) or some other chatbox which would be quite suitable … but are full of ads.

This sunday, I met one good friend of Phinie whose name is Cindy. She is from Singapore, now living in Australia, married to an australian hubby and doing her phd which is about post natal depression…

She is one very interesting person and quite beautiful!
We went to Luna Bar with Phinie and her sisters as well as Cindy and had long chats out there… That was quite nice!

Better than my saturday evening… We were planning to go to pub with Asa and another friend… The other friend was supposed to drive so I thought I dont need Phinie’s car that night. The surprise is that the friend never showed up and we ended up playing video game together with Asa! How frustrated when I was eagerly looking for a pub/disco release after 3 intensive weeks of work and study!

Well let’s hope this can be done next week or the week after!

Hier, Comme d’habitude, je surfais Internet sur mes liens favoris : google news, clubic (news informatique), … and megapixel.net, magazine sur la photo numerique. Comme d’habitude, sur ce magazine, je passe en revue les meilleures photos selectionnees pour la page de garde… Et la, je tombe sur une photo de paysage prise en Suede, plus precisemment sur l’ile de Gotland :

De la je fais mes recherches sur l’ile… En effet, j’adore les paysages scandinaves (Finlande, Suede, Norvege) et je suis un peu du genre opportuniste … Je vais pas plannifier un voyage sur un endroit mega connu. Je vais plutot chercher quelque chose de pas ordinaire et qui m’attire.

En fait l’ile fait que 140 km de long pour 3 a 5 de large… Alors je me disais que je pourrais partir par le nord et redescendre vers le sud le tout sur une periode disons de 7 a 10 jours…
