Since most of my colleagues are muslim and all others have not come to work on this holy day ! I almost forgot to take my lunch …
It is Ramadan, none of them are eating!!! So of course they are not going to call me for lunch…

Therefore, I had to go for lunch alone … And I felt kinda wierd when I told them :
“Ok cu guys, I go for lunch, come back later …”
A bit awkward isn’t it…

Have you ever played to any Civilisation before?
If yes, then you know what it is to be in my condition now…
Indeed, Civilisation has been officialy released on last thursday 27th. It is already available back in France! And yet I’m still waiting, waiting to get it…

Yesterday morning around 12.30 after I woke up, the first topic which came up with my girlfriend was what to have for lunch … So in my vicious mind, totally perversed by the upcoming of Civilisation 4 and uniquely focused on acquiring the game, I instantly proposed Mc Donald in Carrefour! Because there are located 2 video games’ shops

I knew she would agree because we very seldom have fast food and as planned we decided to eat some burgers! Success!! ah ah:)

I was still at home and she and I took the time to get ready. Since I am such a clever and clear minded persons, I started to analyze under which circumstances could my plan fail. With my experience as her boyfriend, I know that on sunday her family is cooking porridge and that usually we join the gathering! Today was an exception to the rule because there was too less for the whole family but … we never know! I foresaw the fact that she would call me to ask me to come to her home … This is exactly what happened indeed!

So I decided to pass by Carrefour alone ONLY to buy this game! And this is after waiting 20 minutes in the jam of the shopping center’s parking area that finally I reached the shop ONLY to learn that the game was not yet available!

Damn it! That was a good try but a total failure!

I finally started my way to her home, stoped at one hoacker center to buy chinese snacks usually consumed together with porridge and reached her home.

I was about 40 minutes late… Never mind, I found some good excuses which didnt even awake a doubt! ah ah!;)

This is what we call a Civilisation fanatic’s episode!
