Today was quite a horrible day,
Indeed, I started a new project whose technology is not familiar to me: JSF and AJAX!

Well I don’t mind learning new things, actually I am always happy to learn and do different things…

The problem is that I am working with another guy who had been on it for a little while before me… As a consequence, I am slow in comparison and I have much to catch up. And to tell you the truth, I get even slower because the guy simply doesn’t give a damn of me and would not give me a hand even for god’s sake! So I am slow… Who cares … Me the last, I even write on my blog rather than keep working!

Why today was a horrible day? Because my technical manager asked me to standardize the file names of the web components that we had both created… Easy task would you say! This is also what I thought… For my components at least it was an easy task because I was following certain logic in the way I was doing things… It took me no long to fix it…. However, for just two of HIS components, it took me the whole day… Because the mapping between the tag file and the renderer was wrong and I couldn’t figure out what the hell it was about… Not to mention the loud sighs of the fellow when I asked him to explain me what kind of logic it was… So I decided to write on my blog rather than to continue that way. In one day I fixed one component and the other one is just half way done. Enough for today, I now write again components which is somehow more exciting than to fix filenames and mappings…

So now you know!

Best of all, today was my birthday! My girlfriend brought me breakfast by morning time! I was totally in a blur as she woke me up and I opened the door wrapped in my blanket…. She just stayed at the door step and left almost strayed away as it was already 8.30 and she had to go to work…

Anyway, that was sweet of her…

By evening, she brought some birthday cake to me and we had a short happy birthday song with my 2 flatmates… followed by a long discussion all together until the time has come for her to leave!

Oh yes I also received one very special sms from one very special person…. Then my girlfriend had a view over it… wow she was kinda upset! Just to annoy her even more I pretended that I used to receive this kind of sms from my multiple, uncountable fans… Then she was even more upset … ^_^ To the one who recognise herself *hug*!
